Head of Atlassian Practice. Atlassian Community Champion. Builder at heart.
For 25 years, I have turned messy tools into systems people actually want to use. I have worked in IT since 2000, and for most of that time, Atlassian products have been at the center of it. I have been the founder who grew a consultancy to a team of twelve, the consultant who ran an Enterprise Atlassian platform on Azure for a decade, and the engineer who wrote the backend for a store assistant that 7,000 store employees use every day.
Two things show up in almost every stage of my career. First, I build. From my first employer’s website to a digital signage pilot to the MIA assistant at Fressnapf, I have never been content to only advise. Second, I raise the bar at the places I join: I brought the Atlassian Service Management Specialization to one partner and the Software Development Specialization to another.

I care about substance over ceremony. I would rather fix the process than run the ritual, and I say so plainly, even to a client who would prefer to hear something easier. As an Atlassian Community Champion, I spend part of my time helping others get this right, too. Off the clock, I used to perform as DJ Legit. It is the same job, really: read the room, remove friction, and keep things moving.

Certifications
Grouped by Strength – More than a hundred certifications, exams, and accreditations sit behind this page. Rather than list them all, here is what they add up to.
Atlassian Ecosystem
My core, and the deepest part of it. Atlassian Certified Expert (Emeritus, ACP-EE) and Atlassian Certification Subject Matter Expert, which means I help develop the certification exams. Administration across the stack: Cloud Organization Administration (ACP-OA), Jira Administration for Cloud (ACP-JCA), Confluence Administration for Cloud (ACP-CONFA), and Jira Administration for Data Center (ACP-JA). Project and service delivery: Managing Jira Projects for Cloud and Data Center (ACP-MJCP, ACP-MJDP), Jira Service Project Manager (ACP-MJSPC), ITSM Specialist, and the JSM Solution Champion badge. And the newest wave: Rovo, Forge, Loom, Teamwork Collection Specialist, Agile DevOps Specialist, and Team credentials, most earned in 2025 and 2026. Plus the full Jira and Confluence essentials line, six technical delivery and sales accreditations, and dozens of specialist badges. Full transcript on Certmetrics.
IT Service Management
The complete ITIL 4 path to its highest designation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional. Built on ITIL 4 Foundation plus all four modules: High Velocity IT, Create Deliver and Support, Drive Stakeholder Value, and Direct Plan and Improve. Extended in 2025 with AI in ITSM. This is the process depth that pairs directly with Jira Service Management. (PeopleCert)
Agile, Project Delivery and Ways of Working
Method breadth beyond the tool, from team level to portfolio. Certified SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (and previously SAFe 5 Program Consultant), Scrum Master I, Professional Agile Leadership I, Certified OKR Foundation, and Fundamentals of Agile Project Management from PMI. Kept current in 2026 with PeopleCert Mastering Project Delivery and Mastering Project Priorities, and Flow Fundamentals for value streams. The bias here is deliberate: methods in service of delivery, not ceremony for its own sake. (Credly)
AI and Modern Workflows
Current, and still rare. AI Fluency Framework and Foundations and Introduction to Claude Cowork from Anthropic, Microsoft Applied Skills for streamlining business workflows with AI chat, and Generative AI Fundamentals from Databricks. Reinforced across the Atlassian side by Rovo, Forge and JSM Fundamentals with AI. I build AI into delivery rather than only talking about it.
Cloud, Infrastructure and Security
Build and run credibility, from modern cloud back to systems engineering roots. Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), which underpin the Fressnapf Azure platform. The roots go back to the MCSE and MCSA certifications for Windows Server in 2002. On the security side: Google Foundations of Cybersecurity, ISC2 candidate, and Kaspersky Security Administrator.
Adjacent Platforms and Tools
Because good advice is vendor-neutral. Service desk beyond Atlassian: Freshservice and Freshdesk Product Expert (Freshworks) and Zendesk Foundational Support. Collaboration and creativity: Manage Projects in Slack and Canva Essentials. I know the wider tool chain and the competitors, which matters when the right answer is not always the one I sell.
